The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company has awarded the electrical subcontract to Grounded Electrical Construction for the new Clauson Center for Innovation and Skilled Trades at Anne Arundel Community College. Grounded Electrical Construction was selected by Parlights, Inc. to retrofit (160) 500W and 300W equivalent LED recessed light fixtures as well as upgrade existing lighting controls at Morgan State Universities Gilliam Hall. Grounded Electrical Construction performed the bulk of this work overhead from the catwalks 40'+ above the floor, and utilized scaffolding to complete the balcony sections.

Grounded Electrical Construction is thrilled to be working with Grunley Mascaro Construction to provide in ground LED lighting for Montgomery College’s Rockville Campus signage. In addition, Grounded Electrical Construction will provide power to the LED display board, and install all circuitry below grade using trenching and directional boring techniques. Montgomery College’s Rockville campus is located at 51 Mannakee Street, Rockville Maryland.
