Grounded Electrical Construction has been awarded the $1.5M contract for the Phase II Campus Site Lighting Replacement at Delaware State University in Dover, Delaware. Grounded will be replacing the existing wall mounted light fixtures on buildings with new LED light fixtures, existing pole heads with new LED light fixtures and will be adding new roadway and walkway poles with LED light fixtures. Grounded will be replacing the existing exterior lighting control with new time clocks, photocells, and contactors in the existing building electrical rooms.

- Concrete Pole Bases
- Electrical Gear and Control Devices
- New Exterior LED Lighting
