D.F. Chase, Inc. has awarded Grounded Electrical Construction the electrical subcontract for Old Dominion Freight Line - Parking Lot Expansion in Baltimore, MD. Grounded Electrical Construction is responsible for relocate existing site pole lights, as well as the installation of new site lighting. In addition, Grounded will also be performing the vehicular and pedestrian access control and intercom for this secure parking lot. 

Grounded Electrical Construction has been tapped to perform the electrical and site lighting work for The Collection in Chevy Chase, MD. The Collection will be renovated in phases to include upscale exterior light and controls, an outdoor amphitheater, fountains, water features, and new parking controls. When completed, this project will be multi-functional for various outdoor activities as well as parking.

Grounded Electrical Construction is thrilled to be working with Grunley Mascaro Construction to provide in ground LED lighting for Montgomery College’s Rockville Campus signage. In addition, Grounded Electrical Construction will provide power to the LED display board, and install all circuitry below grade using trenching and directional boring techniques. Montgomery College’s Rockville campus is located at 51 Mannakee Street, Rockville Maryland.

Grounded Electrical Construction was contracted to build and supervise the Pedestrian and Landscape Lighting and Power project at the Turf Valley Towne Square. The project consisted of installing the sound system, including in-ground speakers; in-ground receptacles; arbor lighting and paddle fans; decorative light poles along Main Street and courtyard area; fire place and fountain power; and landscape accent lighting.
