Management Team

As Executive Chairman of the Board of Grounded Electrical Construction, Bill is responsible for corporate vision and policy. Bill has more than 37 years of experience in the design and construction of MEP systems for commercial, governmental and retail projects, including Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Fashion Show in Las Vegas, Meadowlands Xanadu in New Jersey; multiple projects at the National Security Agency; NASA Building 28 at Greenbelt; and the James J. Rowley Training Center for the United States Secret Service.

As Vice President of Operations for Grounded Electrical Construction, Richard manages and supervises multiple construction projects in the Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia areas. Richard has more than 40 years of electrical construction and service experience and is highly trained to deliver complex projects on time and in accordance with customer requirements. In addition to managing commercial and industrial projects, Richard holds a clearance and has extensive Federal experience, having completed projects for the FBI, Bolling Air Force Base and the United States Naval Academy.

As Senior Vice President of Preconstruction for Grounded Electrical Construction, Zach oversees all preconstruction, estimating, marketing and business development responsibilities. Zach is a Certified Professional Estimator, LEED Accredited Professional (BD+C) and earned his Associate of Applied Science Degree in Construction Management. Mr. Rothfus' professional career spans two decades, all of which have been in commercial electrical estimating and project management. Zach has extensive experience with commercial electrical projects in the public and private sectors. 

As a Project Superintendent at Grounded Electrical Construction, Carlos has more than 40 years of experience in the MEP construction industry, having worked extensively on projects across the country including major mall renovations, parking decks, data centers and office and retail new construction, additions and renovations. In addition to managing retail and office projects, Carlos holds a clearance and has extensive Federal experience, having completed projects for the Department of State, Fort Belvoir, Bolling Air Force Base and the Washington Navy Yard.
