The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company has awarded the electrical subcontract to Grounded Electrical Construction for the Ingleside at Rock Creek - Kitchen Renovation. This 7,668 square foot commercial kitchen renovation and expansion is located in Washington, DC and is anticipated to be completed in October 2022.

Grounded Electrical Construction has been selected as the electrical contractor for construction of a 294,500 square foot campus expansion at the Village at Rockville facility. The construction consists of 132 independent living units and two interconnected 4-story buildings with a parking garage. Grounded Electrical Construction was tapped to perform the interior lighting renovation for Charlestown Brookside & Herbert's Run in Baltimorem, MD. We removed and replaced nearly 300 light fixtures while the facility was fully occupied and operational. 

The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company choose Grounded Electrical Construction to perform the Dining Areas renovation at Landow House in Rockville, MD. Our scope of work included selective demolition, interior light fixtures and equipment connections. 

Grounded Electrical Construction has been selected to perform the electrical and fire alarm work for the renovations at Cross Creek in Catonsville, MD. Cross Creek is a fast paced 16 week project which includes decorative lighting, low voltage lighting controls and a new addressable fire alarm system.

Grounded Electrical Construction performed the electrical scope of work for the corridor renovation at Ring House in Rockville, MD. Our scope of work included removal, disposal and replacement of nearly 300 light fixtures in a fully occuiped and operational senior living facility. 

Grounded Electrical Construction worked on this complete building renovation consisting of (6) phases of construction. GEC supplied and installed a complete new fire alarm system, voice/data system, electrical systems including a new Pepco service and gear.
