Grounded Electrical Construction has been chosen as the electrical subcontractor to build the new 7,625 square foot True Standard Distilling Company in Frederick, Maryland. Once completed, this local distillery will be producing rum with three ingredients: water, cane sugar and yeast with no additive. The rum will be distilled in 100% copper pot stills and will be infused traditionally though barrel aging. 

The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company choose Grounded Electrical Construction to perform the Dining Areas renovation at Landow House in Rockville, MD. Our scope of work included selective demolition, interior light fixtures and equipment connections. 

Grounded Electrical Construction has been selected to perform the electrical and fire alarm work for the renovations at Cross Creek in Catonsville, MD. Cross Creek is a fast paced 16 week project which includes decorative lighting, low voltage lighting controls and a new addressable fire alarm system.

Grounded Electrical Construction was selected for the second time to complete a tenant fit-out for Blue Bottle Coffee. This most recent project is located at the Wharf in Washington, DC. Our scope of work included selective demolition, temporary power & lighting, interior lighting, lighting controls, gear, wiring devices, fire alarm, equipment connections and low-voltage infrastructure. 

Grounded Electrical Construction completed the electrical scope of work for the tenant fit-out for Blue Bottle Coffee located on P Street in Washington, DC. Our scope of work included interior lighting, lighting control, gear, wiring devices, equipment connections, fire alarm and low-voltage infrastructure. 

Grounded Electrical Construction was contracted to install the electrical work at the Tilited Kilt in Annapolis, MD and Wheaton, MD. Our scope of work included interior lighting, lighting controls, wiring devices, gear, equipment connections and low-votlage infrastructure. 

Grounded Electrical Construction was contracted to supply and install lighting, fire alarm systems and power for all kitchen equipment at the Dumpling Dojo restaurant in the new Dining Cafe at the Westfield Annapolis Mall.
