Westfield Montgomery, ARC Light Cinema

Grounded Electrical Construction provided engineering of electrical work to the entire new ARC Light Cinema in Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, Maryland. The 16-screen theaters, including one massive theater which has two projection screens working in unison for the largest movie screen viewing experience available in the state of Maryland. The theater resides on the third level of the mall (the upper level) and resembles a train station with the showtime board appearing like a departure board and small bar and restaurant like one you might stop in for between trains or flights while on travel. Special lighting was installed throughout the theater to help customers find their way in the darkness of each theater and broadway show lights outline the entrance to each individual theater, helping excitement grow before the cinema experience.
