Grounded Electrical Construction has been selected as the electrical contractor for construction of a 294,500 square foot campus expansion at the Village at Rockville facility. The construction consists of 132 independent living units and two interconnected 4-story buildings with a parking garage. Grounded Electrical will be responsible to install all new Pepco service power, new lighting and controls, distribution equipment, fire alarm, wiring devices, mechanical equipment connections, telecommunications infrastructure, audio/video infrastructure and security infrastructure. The project is currently underway and will be completed in 12 months.
