Grounded Electrical Construction provided upgrades to the third floor featuring new lighting fixtures, a lutron lighting system and occupancy sensors throughout the new 80,000-square-foot medical office building at the new Holy Cross Health Campus in Germantown, MD.
The new office building, which adjoins the new 93-bed hospital and a 696-space parking garage on the ground floor by a climate controlled connector, became home to SMART Pain Management, LLC’s sixth office in the late summer of 2015. The space includes multiple exam and treatment rooms, a procedure room, recovery room, and upgraded reception area.
