Grounded Electrical Construction provided upgrades to the fourth floor featuring new lighting fixtures, daylight harvesting fixtures and occupancy sensors throughout the new 80,000-square-foot medical office building at the new Holy Cross Health Campus in Germantown, MD.
The new office building, which adjoins the new 93-bed hospital and a 696-space parking garage on the ground floor by a climate controlled connector, became home to Potomac Valley Orthopaedic Associates in the late summer of 2015. The space includes multiple exam and therapy rooms, with a specialized space for physical therapy rehabilitation.
