Grounded Electrical Construction was awarded the 16A-Electrical contract for the multi-prime Howard County Public Schools - High School #13 project managed by Oak Contracting. This $14 million dollar 3-year electrical project located in Jessup, MD is to construct a new 3-story 289,148 square foot high school along with a stadium building, outdoor storage structure, (3) parking lots with bus loop, (4) athletic fields, (2) basketball court and (6) tennis courts. The anticipated completion is in May, 2023.

In February of 2023, The Board of Education of Howard County gave High School #13 a formal name, Guilford Park High School.

Grounded Electrical Constructions scope of work includes (but not limited to) the following:
