This project consisted of combining two separate buildings into one, 11-story (4 below grade, 7 above grade) 91,963 square foot building. Grounded's scope of work consisted of selective demolition, temporary lighting & power, interior lighting, exterior lighting, lighting control, gear, generator, fire alarm, wiring devices, heat trace, goundung & bonding, distributed antenna system and low-voltage infrastructure.
