Anne Arundel County Public Schools, with CBRE Heery as construction manager has awarded Grounded Electrical Construction the electrical subcontract for the construction of Old Mill Middle School South in Millersville, MD. This is a new 158,704 square foot, 3-story middle school is starts in May of 2022 with an anticipated completion date of June 2024 . The construction of the new middle school is intended to replace the existing middle school and will be built on a portion of Old Mill Park. The new facility is designed to be highly sustainable and contain 6th-8th grade classrooms, technical/labratory classrooms, music rooms, media center, cafeteria/multi-purpose room and gymnasium.
