Under project manager Larry Cartee, Grounded Electrical Construction worked with B&R Construction Services on the renovation of the restrooms and food court at Westfield Annapolis Mall. Renovations included: provisions for temporary restrooms, complete renovation of restroom facilities, complete renovation of the existing food court seating area and new energy efficient lighting as well as accessible USB and general power receptacles for shopper convenience. Grounded will also perform an extensive amount of floor cutting to add the additional floor boxes and circuiting required to provide power to numerous tables and counters that will contain these plug power locations.
Grounded was awarded this contract after successfully completing the renovation of the Bow Tie Theater Vestibule and Entry renovation. Currently temporary restrooms are in use while new restrooms are under construction. Food court renovations are set to start after the holiday season.
