Buch Construction chose Grounded Electrical Construction to perform the electrical and fire alarm work to convert the old Lord and Taylor department store at Westfield Annapolis Mall into a corridor extension and smaller spaces for future tenants. This 107,800 square foot renovation project is being completed in an occupied/operational space and includes lighting, lighting controls, gear, fire alarm, wiring devices and low voltage infrastructure.
