Grounded Electrical Construction was contracted to perform the electrical construction for the new food court at Westfield Annapolis Mall, which consisted of the food court area; multiple food tenants; child play area with televisions and games; bathrooms; and multiple kiosks.
Grounded supplied and installed high end lighting, general power, HVAC and fire alarm systems for the food court and food tenants. The site architecture included a variety of ornate finishes, exposed beams and infrastructure, making installation of the electrical systems challenging. In addition, our team had to work around filming of the manufacture and installation of an aquarium designed by the famous Acrylic Tank Manufacturing (ATM) company for the television program, "Tanked."
We completed the project within the scheduled five-month time frame and within the construction budget.
