Grounded Electrical Construction is providing Electrical Construction Services for a renovation at Saint Agnes Hospital for general contractor Whiting-Turner, in Catonville, MD.
The project, being designed by architect RTKL Associates, involves renovating 38,000 SF of existing retail space into a general medical office building for the 40 West Outpatient Primary Care Clinic at Saint Agnes Hospital. The project includes the installation of new utility services, a distribution system, high end lighting package, lighting control system, fire alarm system, medical exam and treatment rooms with associated equipment and general power, as well as improvements to the building façade and connections to the mechanical equipment.
Work on the project has just begun and construction is anticipated to be completed in April 2015.
