$2M renovation of an existing 62,000 square foot greenhouse for ForwardGro. This state of the art greenhouse is designed specifically to grow medicinal marijuana. There are 1,080 1KW HPS grow lights to support plant life, in additional to horizontal air flow fans, down draft fans, two stage curtain systems, radiant floor heat, overheat radiant heat, odor mitigation and irrigation. Electrical systems critical to plan life are backed up by a 400KW diesel generator. The head house portion includes offices, bathrooms, cloning rooms, drying rooms, storage, packaging and a vault.
