Keller Brothers has chosen Grounded Electrical Construction to perform the electrical (Division 26) and low voltage (Divisions 27 & 28) scope of work for Charles County Public Schools Elementary School #23. Construction of this new, 2-story 95,000 square foot elementary school is anticipated to start in April 2023 and be completed in April 2025. Once completed, this elementary school will have a capacity of 760 students from pre-K to 5th grade. Spaces include classrooms, gymnasium, cafeteria, kitchen, administration spaces, media center, inspiration stations , parking lot, bus loop, playground, playfields and other support spaces. In addition, there are separate pump and maintenance buildings.
